Usage and limits
Storage consumption, plan quotas, and enabled features — what your workspace uses and where its ceilings are.
Administration → Usage & Limits shows what your workspace consumes and what its plan allows. Three cards:
Storage
Current storage consumption — floorplan images and other uploads — against the storage quota.
Usage limits
The countable quotas, each shown as usage against its limit:
- Members — active seats in the organization.
- Sites — production sites.
- Spaces — spaces across all sites.
- Storage — the same storage figure, as a quota row.
A quota without a ceiling reads “(no limit)”. When a quota is exhausted, the corresponding create action is refused until usage drops or the plan changes — so a failed invite or site creation is worth checking here first.
Features
Plan-dependent entitlements, each Enabled or Not available:
- API Access — the Reporting API.
- Audit Log — the audit trail.
- Automated Backups
- Data Export
Where the limits come from
On SaaS, quotas and entitlements follow your plan — Free, Professional, or Enterprise; see Plans, tiers and billing. Raising a limit means changing the plan. In Community, limits are set by the deployment’s configuration rather than a commercial tier.
