Every Orkyo Cloud plan is operated as a hosted service. It includes hosting, automatic updates, backups, platform monitoring, security updates, and reasonable email support for product and hosted-platform issues.
Orkyo is currently operated with focused capacity. To keep the product sustainable, standard support is intentionally limited to product and platform support. Custom work, onboarding, integrations, and enterprise support arrangements require separate agreement.
General support requests are typically responded to within 2–5 business days. Critical platform issues are treated with highest priority on a best-effort basis. Response targets are not contractual SLAs.
