What each side brings

A Founding Design Partnership runs in both directions.

You contribute

This is a working partnership, not a free trial. We ask for active participation, and in return we provide meaningful access and influence.

Only five founding partners

We're intentionally limiting the program to five organizations. We are looking for partners where Orkyo can be evaluated against meaningful operational planning challenges and where the people involved can provide constructive feedback.

What the commitment looks like

The initial Design Partner term is 12 months. The relationship can be extended by mutual agreement where both sides continue to benefit.

Regular conversation

Approximately one feedback conversation per month.

Active use

Evaluation against realistic planning scenarios, not a sandbox.

Honest feedback

Candid input on product gaps and usability.

Reasonable testing

Trying selected new capabilities before general release.

You do not need to publicly promote Orkyo. Testimonials, references, case studies and introductions are optional and always subject to your approval.

Professional access while you're helping us build

Founding Design Partners receive the Orkyo Professional software licence at a €0 licence fee for the duration of their active participation in the program.

The Design Partner benefit covers the software licence. Custom development, bespoke integrations, consulting, dedicated infrastructure and SLA commitments are separate unless explicitly agreed.

What happens after the program?

The initial program runs for 12 months and can be renewed by mutual agreement. When the Design Partner relationship ends, continued use of Orkyo can transition to a normal commercial subscription.
