Orkyo Cloud includes reasonable best-effort support for product and hosted-platform issues. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Orkyo Cloud does not include contractual service-level agreements, guaranteed response times, guaranteed resolution times, consulting services, custom development, data migration, or dedicated support resources.
The self-hosted Community Edition is provided on an as-is basis without support obligations, response guarantees, or service-level commitments.
Feature requests, bug reports, and roadmap suggestions may be reviewed at Orkyo's discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee implementation or delivery within a specific timeframe.
Orkyo Cloud is a hosted software service. We aim to maintain high availability on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.
We take reasonable measures to protect customer data. Backups are performed regularly. In the event of data loss, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We strongly recommend that customers maintain their own records of critical data.
