What support do I receive with Orkyo Cloud?
Orkyo Cloud customers receive email support for product and hosted-platform issues, on a best-effort basis, alongside hosting, automatic updates, backups, platform monitoring, and security updates. Contact us at [email protected].
Do you offer SLAs?
Not by default. Orkyo Cloud is operated on a best-effort basis and does not include contractual service-level agreements unless explicitly agreed in writing. Enterprise customers can discuss SLA arrangements by separate agreement.
Can you customize Orkyo for my company?
Custom development is not included with standard Orkyo Cloud subscriptions. Custom work may be considered separately if it fits the product direction and capacity is available.
Are feature requests guaranteed?
No. Feature requests are reviewed and prioritized according to product fit, user value, and roadmap alignment. A subscription does not guarantee implementation of a specific feature.
Do you provide onboarding services?
Not as part of the standard subscription. Orkyo is designed to be self-service with documentation and guided product flows. Onboarding or implementation services may be offered separately in the future.
How do I report bugs?
Email [email protected] for hosted-service issues. Reproducible product defects can also be reported on GitHub Issues.
What is not included in Orkyo Cloud support?
Orkyo Cloud support does not include phone support, 24/7 support, dedicated account management, consulting, custom development, customer-specific integrations, data migration, or SLA-backed commitments unless separately agreed. See the full support details.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 active seats, 1 production site, 15 spaces, and 1 GB of storage at no cost. View all plans.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Please email [email protected]. Do not open a public GitHub issue for security vulnerabilities. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
Prefer to self-host? Orkyo is also available as a self-hosted Community Edition on GitHub, community-supported on a best-effort basis. It does not include commercial support.
