Your account and security

Profile, organization memberships, password, two-factor authentication, sessions, and email preferences.

The Account page (“Manage your profile, organizations, and security.”) is yours — it travels with you across organizations. Three tabs: Profile, Organizations, Security.

Profile

Your First Name, Last Name, and Email. Changing the email is a two-step confirmation: enter a New Email Address, then follow the link Orkyo sends there — the change applies only after you confirm it (“Your email address has been updated successfully.”).

Organizations

Every organization you belong to, with its status (Active, Suspended, Deleting) and your relationship to it — a crown marks the owner. From here you can:

  • Switch — jump into another organization’s workspace.
  • Create Organization — start a new one (the same wizard as onboarding).
  • Leave — “Are you sure you want to leave …? You will lose access to this organization until you are invited again.”
  • Delete — owners only; see Organization settings for what deletion entails.

On SaaS you can be a member of many organizations; Community deployments have one.

Security

Password

Change Password asks for your Current Password and the new one (at least 8 characters). Accounts that sign in through an organization’s identity provider manage their password there instead, and Orkyo says so in place.

Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

“Protect your account with time-based one-time passwords (TOTP).” Enable MFA starts enrollment — you complete authenticator setup at your next sign-in. Once configured, the section shows your TOTP Authenticator as Enabled, with recovery codes noted. Remove requires confirmation and re-prompts MFA setup on the next login.

Active Sessions

“Manage your logged-in sessions across devices.” Every signed-in session is listed with its device, and the one you’re reading this from is marked Current. Sign out a single session, or Sign Out Everywhere — “This will terminate all your sessions, including this one. You’ll need to log in again.” Use it whenever a device goes missing.

Email notifications

“Choose which emails you receive from us.” One toggle — Receive announcement emails — controls product news. “Important announcements are always sent, even when this is off.”

Messages

Platform announcements arrive under Messages (“Stay up to date with platform news”); the top bar badge counts unread ones. Opening a message marks it read.

Shared demo account: in demo workspaces, password, email, profile, and two-factor settings are locked — “This is a shared demo account.”
