Accept an invitation, agree to the Terms of Service, and get into your workspace during early access.

Orkyo Cloud is in early access: production workspaces are opened for selected Design Partners rather than created by self-service sign-up. In practice that means you get into Orkyo by accepting an invitation — either from the Orkyo team when your organization is accepted into the program, or from an administrator in an organization that already uses Orkyo.

Two other ways to see Orkyo need no account at all: the public demo on orkyo.com, and the self-hosted Community Edition, which you run yourself with no invitation involved.

Accept an invitation

The invitation email contains a personal link.

  1. The link opens the Accept Invitation page — “You’ve been invited to join” names the organization, and the page shows the invitation’s Email and Expires details.
  2. Enter a Display Name (optional), choose a Password, and confirm it.
  3. After Account Created!, continue to Sign In. You land directly in the organization that invited you.

If the page shows Invalid Invitation, the link has expired or was already used — ask your administrator to send a new one.

Accept the Terms of Service

Before entering the product for the first time you review the Terms of Service page. Check I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and choose Accept and Continue. When the terms change in a later version, you are asked once to review and accept the new version.

Applying for access

If nobody has invited you yet and you want to use Orkyo in production, apply to the Design Partner Program. Accepted partners get a workspace created for them, and the first administrator receives an invitation to it.

Self-service sign-up (paused during early access)

Self-service sign-up remains the plan for general availability. It is switched off for now, so the steps below do not apply yet — they are kept here so you know what to expect when it returns:

  • Create your own account from the sign-in screen: enter name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters, then verify the address through the emailed link.
  • Set up your organization in the Welcome to Orkyo wizard: choose an Organization Name, a durable URL Identifier (your workspace’s own subdomain, e.g. acme.orkyo.com; 3–63 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens), and a starter template — templates marked sample data come pre-filled, an empty workspace starts blank.
