Organization settings
Rename your organization, export its data, transfer ownership, configure tenant parameters — and, if it comes to it, delete it.
Administration → Organization — “Manage your organization name, ownership, and deletion.” Most of this page is owner-only: “Organization settings can only be modified by the owner.” The owner is one specific admin — the crown in the members list — and ownership itself moves only via the transfer below.
Organization Details
Rename via Organization Name. The URL identifier is fixed: “The slug cannot be changed after creation.” — links, bookmarks, and integrations depend on it.
Export Data
“Download a complete JSON export of your organization data for backup or migration.” One toggle — “Include planning data (requests and schedules)” — controls whether the export is configuration-only or everything. Export JSON downloads it. A periodic export is cheap insurance regardless of edition.
Transfer Ownership
“Transfer organization ownership to another admin. You will remain an admin but will no longer be able to delete the organization.” The new owner must already be an admin (“No other admins available. Promote another member to admin first before transferring ownership.”). The confirmation is explicit about what you give up — deleting the organization, transferring again, changing organization settings — and that “This action cannot be undone by you.”
Configuration
Administration → Configuration groups tenant-level parameters by category — Security (authentication and access control), Invitations, Uploads (size limits and allowed file types), Search, Branding (product name and theme colors), Scheduling (auto-scheduling feature controls), and Legal (the Terms of Service shown on the acceptance page). Adjust values and Save; the header counts unsaved changes.
Danger Zone
“Permanently delete this organization. This action cannot be undone.” The dialog lists exactly what deletion does:
- “Remove all members from the organization”
- “Cancel all pending invitations”
- “Delete all data after a 7-day grace period”
Confirming requires typing the organization’s identifier. The 7-day grace period is the safety net: during it the workspace is suspended, and reactivation is possible — a suspended workspace shows a reactivation page to its members. After the period, data is gone.
