An assistant that shows you, and never moves you
The AI assistant can now open the page it is talking about, keeps your conversations, and gives back the panel width. It still changes nothing without your approval.
Orkyo has an AI assistant. It reads your schedule, explains why a conflict happened, and proposes a change that you approve or refuse. It runs on your own Anthropic API key, so the usage is yours and the agreement with Anthropic is yours.
This release is the first one that describes the assistant, and it makes three changes to how it works.
The assistant can open the page it talks about
The assistant used to describe where a thing is. Now it opens it. If you ask where the conflicts are, it opens the Conflicts tab. If it names a request, it opens that request.
This changes the screen, and not the data. The assistant needs no approval to open a page, because opening a page changes nothing in your workspace. You can go somewhere else at any time, and the page keeps its own permission checks.
The promise that the assistant cannot change your schedule is unchanged. A change still happens only when you select Apply.

Conversations stay
A conversation used to end when you reloaded the page. Orkyo now saves your conversations, and they follow you to a different device.
- Only you can read yours. A conversation can quote data that only you can see, so Orkyo keeps the conversations of each person separate.
- Orkyo keeps your 20 most recent. When you have 20, a new conversation deletes the oldest one. There is no cleanup job to wait for.
- Delete removes it immediately. A deleted conversation cannot be recovered.
The panel has a width you choose
Drag the left edge of the panel. Orkyo remembers the width on that device, because a width belongs to the screen you sit at and not to your account. The edge also works with the keyboard.
Daily interaction limits
Administration → AI Assistant has a new Daily limits section with two limits: one for each person, and one for the whole workspace. The panel counts down and shows “AI interactions remaining: 7”, and both counts start again at the start of each day, in UTC.
The limits count interactions. The token allowance counts what Anthropic bills. The limits help most when many people use the same account. Orkyo counts each session separately on that kind of account, so one visitor cannot use the interactions of the next. A workspace has no daily limit until an administrator sets one, so nothing changes until you choose it.

Orkyo Community
Community has everything in this release: the assistant, the saved conversations, the resizable panel, and the daily limits. The limits are workspace settings, and not a plan feature, so a self-hosted installation configures them the same way.
